  Welcome to The Peaceful Tangles Retreat

Thank you to the group of Zentangle artists who participated in the 2-day tangling retreat in Morgan Hill, California in April 2024.

Tangling in community, learning new techniques, playing with art supplies, gathering with Zentangle artists, and making new friends is the essence of The Peaceful Tangles Retreat.

Peaceful Tangles Retreat workshops included traditional tangling as well as Zentangle Inspired Art projects. Attendees enjoyed tangling on an array of tiles using beautiful tangling and tools.

We’re grateful to have gathered again. The theme of the retreat was Celebrate!  We celebrated being back together as a group of Zentangle enthusiasts!

During the retreat, participants enjoyed 5 Zentangle art workshops taught by a team of Certified Zentangle Teachers. In addition, we enjoyed soothing meditations, lively group activities and surprises from your retreat teachers.  Participants learned new techniques, approaches, and helpful hints to enhance their Zentangle practice.

Participants received a gift bag of tangling tools, tiles, supplies and surprises.

PEACEFUL TANGLES RETREATS

Our inaugural Peaceful Tangles Day Retreat was held in Marcy 2019 in beautiful Morgan Hill, California. Participants enjoyed Zentangle and Zentangle inspired art projects presented Certified Zentangle Teachers Connie Green, Romi Marks and Nancy Domnauer. Our first retreat was a special day in community and filled with inspiring Zentangle art projects.

The second Peaceful Tangles Retreat was held on March 11 and 12, 2020 in Morgan Hill, California. Certified Zentangle Teacher Presenters Sandy Kelley-Jones, Romi Marks, Maria Pahos-Benson and Nancy Domnauer taught traditional Zentangle projects and Zentangle inspired art during our wonderful 2-day event. Thank you to all who participated!
