MapTangling with bijou tiles

ZENTANGLE® Inspired Art Class

You’re invited to the MapTangling on Bijou Tiles Zentangle inspired art online class on Saturday, July 20 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, PDT with Nancy Domnauer, Certified Zentangle Teacher.

MapTangling is a captivating Zentangle inspired art technique with incredibly appealing results.

In this class, we’ll apply vibrant watercolors to Bijou tiles then tangle beautiful designs on the tiles.  We will probably complete 7 tiles during the two-and half-hour class.  This class may be taught again in the summertime. All classes are now video recorded.

We’ll tangle beautiful patterns on our Bijou tiles. We'll gather our artwork to begin building a keepsake mat-board collection filled with our MapTangling artwork and Bijouisms. Students may continue adding more of their Bijou tiles after class.

New to MapTangling? I will open the class 10 minutes early, at 9:50 am, to teach my MapTangling technique.

This class will be video recorded. There are no refunds on the registration fee.

Students will need to pre-purchase their own mat-boards from a source given by the instructor.

Supplies to Bring to Class:

· 10-15 Bijou tiles;

· Micron 01 or PN black ink pen;

· Gold Gelly Roll™ pen;

· Set of quality watercolors (My favorite brand will be shared upon registration. Any set of quality watercolors - that allow tangling upon the watercolors once they’re dry – will be fine.)

· Water-brush;

· 2 tubs of water to rinse brushes;

· Your pre-purchased 12x12 mat board (source given upon registration);

· 3-5 Bijouism tiles (available from Zentangle.com);
